Frances S. Dittes MALS’82

Frances S. Dittes, who received a master’s degree from Wesleyan in Movement Studies at age 58, died Dec. 20, 2017. She was 94. An alumna of Oberlin College, she received an MALS from Wesleyan in 1982, after which she worked for two decades at senior and elder housing facilities and nursing homes, encouraging the elderly to exercise. She was an avid traveler and explorer with her family. One son died in childhood. She is survived by three daughters and seven grandchildren.
